Your first stop of the day is at a beautiful winery belonging to one of Italy’s prestigious aristocratic families.

Here you’ll taste three wines paired with salumi (cured meats) – but first, there’s a fascinating guided tour of the historic cellars and the olive mill, which you’ll reach through underground tunnels that pass beneath the villa.

Off-roading and dinner:

Now buckle up and get ready for some off-roading through ancient woodlands and rolling hills.

Hop in and take in beautiful scenery, as you make your way to Rignana, a typical Tuscan restaurant and winery with stunning views. Get your taste buds ready for lunch of delicious food and red wine (and a blind olive oil tasting).
