Just 40 minutes from Barcelona in the Penedès, ArtCava is the perfect place to delve into Catalan sparkling wine. Inside a farmhouse with a 1,000-year history, you’ll learn all about the production process and taste the winery’s best produce, before joining a workshop to bottle your own Cava.

Choose the Cava you like the most, fill your own bottle, then cork and label it ready to take home! This is a unique workshop in the world of wine tourism, and you’ll be accompanied by professional winemakers so you can learn all the secrets of Cava.

  • The ArtCava winery is located near the Lavern-Subirats train station in the famous Penedés wine region, which is 40 minutes from Barcelona Sants station
  • If you come by public transport, a transfer to the winery can be organized but it is essential that you contact ArtCava in advance to organize transport from the station (no extra cost – [email protected]). Please note that baby chairs are not available
  • Parking is available onsite
