You’ll taste three wines paired with local Castilian artisan products, prepared by the winery’s chef. You’ll never have a Churra sheep’s cheese quite like this, with homemade Tinta del País grape jam, piquillo peppers confit in red wine, Burgos blood sausage and oil cake bread.
