As soon as you arrive at the tall gates of Codorníu Winery, you’ll get a sense of its heritage and tradition. Since the 16th century, the family-run Codorníu business has been producing premium wines in Spain. From the late 20th century onwards, it became known for one of the world’s best loved sparkling tipples: cava. Through a guided tour of the winery, you’ll learn the history of winemaking in the area, some of the secrets to cava’s subtle flavors, and, of course, enjoy a tasting of their finest wares with an expert.
